Our company produces a slickwater working fluid system with a total of 7 patented inventions to cater to various types of working fluids (slickwater, variable-viscosity slickwater, linear gel,crosslinked fracturing fluids) and different geological conditions such as sandstone, shale, and coalbed methane. It can also adapt to various water qualities, including fresh water, saline water, and flowback fluid, offering precise product matching and optimized working fluid performance.
In addition to conventional slickwater, our company has independently developed a multifunctional nano-fracturing fluid. This product contains surfactants and electrostatic inhibitors, which modify plug wettability and surface charge to maintain plug tail traction within the fracturing fluid. The additives in the nano-fracturing fluid minimize adhesion to the formation,enhancing post-modification porosity and reducing formation damage. Samples showed shale permeability recovered from 32% to 71.4% after application, demonstrating longer-lasting prevention of clay expansion compared to traditional fracturing fluids, with a 3-5 times increase in clay expansion prevention time.
