Acidizing Technology
Deep High-Pressure Acidizing
In recent years, China has discovered and developed a series of deep or ultra-deep carbonate reservoirs. These reservoirs are characterized by their depth, high formation temperature,substantial reservoir thickness, severe heterogeneity, high carbonate purity in the matrix, and low natural production rates. Acidizing is a crucial production enhancement method for such reservoirs, and the performance of acidizing fluids directly affects the acidizing results. Therefore, these reservoirs demand higher requirements for acidizing fluid systems.
Heterogeneous Carbonate Rock Diverting Acidizing
Enhancing production in heterogeneous carbonate rock reservoirs with severe heterogeneity and well-developed natural fractures is a highly challenging operation. These challenges stem from the need to meet the acid formulation requirements for deep-buried, high-temperature carbonate rock reservoirs, the associated drilling techniques, and well-completion requirements that satisfy isolation and acidizing demands. The Heterogeneous Carbonate Rock Diverting Acidizing Technology can meet these operational requirements, and our company has developed mature diverting acidizing product formulations, with over 100 successful operations to date.
Low Friction Acidizing
The low-friction acid used for deep oil and gas wells acidizing is independently developed by our company. It has secured three invention and utility model patents. It comprises two additives: low-friction acid thickening agent WLD11 and acid composite enhancer WLD12. The low-friction acid thickening agent is synthesized through cationic polymer modification, while the acid composite enhancer is composed of organic compounds like surfactants.
Conventional Wellbore Fracturing
The conventional open-hole fracturing process is currently the most widely applied and matured production enhancement technology. Our company offers customized services for various types of open-hole wellbore segmental tools, with the company holding six invention and utility model patents for this system.
Permanent Wellbore Completion
In China, carbonate rock oil and gas reservoirs are widely distributed and hold significant exploration and development potential. However, due to the complex geological conditions and strong heterogeneity of carbonate rock reservoirs, these reservoirs are characterized by poor physical properties, extreme depth, high temperature, high pressure, and typically require wellbore casings with steel grades of 140 and above. Our company employs wellbore packers as part of the segmentation process, with a design for permanent packers that meets V0 standards and incorporates high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-strength anchoring mechanisms, effectively addressing the operation requirements of carbonate rock oil and gas reservoirs.
