Our approach places prevention at the forefront and champions a policy of continuous improvement in management practices. Environmental preservation forms the bedrock of our company's existence and represents a paramount duty. Aligned with our philosophy of social and environmental responsibility, we put our environmental management policies into action in the following ways to ensure the enduring sustainability of our enterprise.
I. Labor
  • Freedom of Employment
    We strictly adhere to laws and regulations prohibiting the use of forced labor, bonded labor (including debt bondage), or any form of involuntary prison labor. We do not engage in labor trafficking or enslavement practices. Employees are not required to make monetary deposits or surrender their identification documents to the company upon hiring.
  • Child Labor
    We have a strict policy against employing individuals below the legal working age. We also actively discourage and prevent hiring underage workers. When recruiting, we ensure that all employees are at least 16 years of age. The company does not assign tasks that could endanger the physical health or safety of workers under 18 years of age.
  • Working Hours
    We comply with industry-standard working hours as defined by applicable regulations. We do not demand that employees work beyond the legally permissible normal and overtime working hours. Overtime work is strictly voluntary, and employees are compensated per legal requirements, either with additional pay or equivalent compensatory time off.
  • Wages and Benefits
    Our company ensures that employee wages meet or exceed the local minimum wage standards stipulated by regional regulations. Wage breakdowns, including holiday pay, working hours pay, overtime pay, and insurance coverage, are transparently documented and provided per legal mandates.
  • Humane Treatment
    We firmly prohibit any form of cruelty or inhumane treatment towards our employees. Acts such as sexual harassment, sexual abuse, physical punishment, mental or physical coercion, verbal abuse, or violent threats are strictly forbidden.
  • Non-Discrimination
    In all employment-related matters, including hiring, compensation, training opportunities, promotions, work assignments (including overtime), and termination, our decisions are based on individual qualifications and job requirements. We do not engage in or support discrimination based on factors such as race, social class, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union membership status, or political affiliations.
  • Freedom of Association
    We fully respect the right of all employees to establish, join, and participate in their chosen labor unions and to engage in collective bargaining on behalf of employees and the company. Employees are encouraged to freely join the organization of their choice without facing any adverse consequences or retaliation from the company.
II. Health and Safety
  • Occupational Safety, Public and Industrial Hygiene, and Machine Guarding
    We rigorously adhere to relevant regulations to effectively control sources of safety and hygiene risks, ensuring that our workplace complies with regulatory requirements for drinking water, sanitation facilities, fire safety, lighting, and ventilation.
  • Providing a Safe and Comfortable Working Environment
    We fully comply with labor and company safety, health, and hygiene laws, rules, and internal regulations. Necessary safety and health measures are implemented to offer our employees a secure, healthy, and comfortable working environment. We prioritize the prevention of overwork, conduct regular health check-ups and stress assessments, monitor both physical and mental health, and actively work toward the early detection and prevention of health issues. Moreover, we actively support employees in enhancing their skills and acquiring new knowledge to create a gratifying and mutually supportive working environment that fosters personal growth.
  • Occupational Injuries and Diseases
    We have developed comprehensive guidelines for preventing, managing, tracking, and reporting occupational injuries and illnesses. We strongly encourage employees to report such incidents promptly. We classify and record occupational injuries and diseases, ensuring that employees receive necessary medical services. Additionally, we organize personnel to conduct in-depth analyses and implement corrective and preventive measures to eliminate adverse impacts, facilitating the successful return of employees to work.
  • Heavy Physical Labor
    Our company diligently identifies, assesses, and effectively controls the potential impact of strenuous physical work on our employees. We thoroughly analyze the relationship between job labor intensity, the work environment, and its effects on employee fatigue. Subsequently, we proactively propose recommendations for preventing and managing these challenges, ultimately reducing labor intensity, enhancing the work environment, and prioritizing safety in production.
  • Health and Safety Communication
    We consistently identify, assess, and manage the potential impact of strenuous physical work on employees while taking into account the effects of job labor intensity and the work environment on employee fatigue. We provide insightful recommendations for prevention and control, leading to a reduction in labor intensity, an improved work environment, and an increased focus on safety in production.
  • Emergency Preparedness
    The company has established a robust safety organizational structure, including various emergency response teams. We have formulated comprehensive safety emergency plans and regularly provide safety training to relevant personnel on safety knowledge and emergency procedures. We equip our facilities with firefighting equipment and conduct routine emergency drills to ensure effectiveness.
